We have many Yoga Classes to choose from, Including Yin, Restorative, Consious Kids, Kids Aerial, Aerial Play, Power Yoga, Chakra Yoga, Special Focus classes and SUP Yoga Board!

We have, Private Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Reiki, Past Life Regression through Hypnosis, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Crystal Therapy, Sound Therapy, Color Therapy, Aromatherapy, Infrared sauna, Tai Yoga Massage, Ionic Foot Bath, Body Buffer, Raindrop Therapy, and coming soon The Salt Vault!
Art
Handmade Jewelry, Silversmithing, Knitting, Chainsaw carvings, t-shirts, Stained Glass, Glass Fusion, oils, salves, sprays, paintings.
We also have Open Studio on Mondays from 4:15-6:45 and Tuesday Mornings, come and create with us.
